A Complete Premier League Preview
The 2017–2018 Premier League season was, well, boring. Manchester City had the league essentially won by Halloween, sapping the world's biggest league of a climactic title fight. Hopefully, this season will be different and City will only win the league by ten points.

Click and Grow Testimonial
This is not a paid sponsorship or review, just a happy young gardener sharing her experience using this product. Are you a gardener with a green thumb? Do you breathe life into your plants without a second thought and always know what to do in order to care for them? Can you grow ANYTHING from a seed? That was my paternal grandfather. My papa could grow anything, and he had the garden to show for it, including a lemon tree and a half-dozen vegetable spread growing at any given time. Being an Italian man, and the child of immigrants, his favorite thing to grow was tomatoes.

Short Term and Long Term Benefits of Yoga
I've never been the biggest in fitness activities. From a very young age, I knew sports would never come naturally to me and hand-eye coordination was impossible. I did practice ballet for several years and, while I loved it, I still lacked a certain grace that others in my class had. Now I consider myself a sports admirer; I'll try anything once but I'll fail miserably and have that be the last. One 'sport' that I have fallen for (in a good way) is yoga.

Make Cold Brew at Home
I loved Cold Brew before it was cool. I'd been sucking back Cold Brews from May through August long before Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts were slinging them across the counter. If it's over 60 degrees outside you can guarantee I'm carrying a Cold Brew wherever I go! And here’s why you should too:

Here Today, Gone Tomorrow
Innocent People Doing Time Many Americans find themselves in court facing charges they are innocent of. Something as simple as a a coworker making false accusations of theft to cover up their own guilt in order to dodge consequences can land you in prison for 15 years. People without any prior experience in the court systems live in a world of; “That will never happen to me”. In reality it happens to people just like you every single day. Innocent people who follow the letter of the law in every area of their lives. People who believed they were immune prior to the charges being filed. Immune to the horror stories they’ve heard of the justice system. People who always questioned the legitimacy of these stories as if they were tall tales designed to scare people.

Head in the Clouds
With cannabis being a huge part of my life, it should come as no surprise that April 20th is always celebrated in the @Ak_Word household. The hardest part of the day is finding something to do, everyone has some kind of party, but how can you tell what’s worth it? The only way to know for sure is word of mouth from a reliable source.

How To Shoot Film Photography
With analog photography increasing in popularity, you might be asking yourself, "Why film?" To put it simply, shooting film photography highlights the true essence of photography. When shooting digitally, you can set your camera to automatic and fire away taking hundreds of pictures to sift through later. With film, you're limited to 24 or 36 shots and you have to make them good.

Unlock Your Creativity
Creativity is the art of transforming ideas, thoughts, and feelings into something tangible, something of this reality. Growing up, I never considered myself an artist. In school, there were always people who were way better than me at drawing and music and painting, so I stopped myself from even trying for fear of looking stupid or inept.

Ten of the Best Romance Manga to Date
Ever since I can remember, I always loved to read. I could escape into a fantasy world or another reality where I could escape my own. I had no knowledge of the great expansive manga collections out there until I was introduced to the art form in middle school where I quickly became addicted. I have always been a sucker for a good romance, so I quickly found that my favorite genre of manga was, and still is, the shoujo, rom-com genre. Here is a list of what I believe to be some the greatest romance manga out there.

1 in 150,000
“1 in 150,000 chance,” is what the doctor told us when describing the rarity of my son's new diagnosis, Zellweger spectrum disorder. All we knew was that this disorder was caused by mutated genes, and has a very poor prognosis. Our world was shattered. Our hope was shattered. And we had a long, broken down road ahead of us. This is my blog as a mother to cope and express my true feelings.

Sabrina Claudio Bares Her Soul in "Messages From Her"
Miami-born R&B singer-songwriter Sabrina Claudio is back with a new single from her upcoming debut album No Rain, No Flowers. Claudio's new single, "Messages From Her," consists of sultry vocals, a catchy yet beautiful melody, and lyrics that shine a light on Claudio's phenomenal songwriting abilities. "Messages From Her" differs from Claudio's recent songs from her EP, Confidently Lost. Most of the songs from her EP shined a light on sexuality, liberation, and independence. Although it is not clear what the themes will be for her upcoming album, it is clear from "Messages From Her" that it will touch on self-reflection, and happiness. It is unlikely that Claudio will shy away from her signature sensual style on the new album.
