This Is the Single Easiest Way to Help During the Pandemic
Cover your face. This is the new guidance from the scientific community. In addition to social distancing, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is now recommending all Americans wear a nonmedical face mask when out in public. Everyone should wear a face cover to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

I can't sleep!
"I can't sleep!" It's the story of my life. I always complained about this when I saw a therapist to talk about my mental health, and sleep medication doesn't help me either. My sleep pattern lands me in a bad mood, not great when you have to study, write and clean the house the next day. Many of you will understand when I say this problem can make you feel agitated when you are a parent having to do the school run the next day. Luckily I don't have that issue at the moment, but when the clock is ticking, come morning you lay there, confused because its daylight before you know it! I have another problem with lack of sleep and going to sleep, it causes issues with restless legs. You know the one! The one where your legs want to move all night for no reason, and whether your tired or not, you just can't control it.

How to Stop Isolation damaging your mental health
If you have already been struggling with your mental health before things started going crazy then chances are you are used to living in isolation. Most people will probably not hesitate to tell you so along with multiple memes of the same story. But there is something different about this. When it was optional it was ok you had something to work towards. Like ok tomorrow I will feel well enough to go the park, or out to dinner, or the movies. None of those are options anymore. For most people particularly those with anxiety the cap on it all was the state of the rest of the world. While the world was functioning ok freak outs were limited to things like “OMG did that wave look weird?” “Did I remember to lock the door?” Without being able to calm yourself and let yourself know the worries while very real to you were able to be controlled. Now that the entire world is in a perpetual state of worry you are likely finding that your own has peaked above that. Besides now that everyone is anxious they don’t understand how crippling your condition can be. Sound like you or someone you know? Here are some tips to help yourself through these times.

10 Things I'm Putting in My COVID-19 'Crisis Kit'
Creating a crisis kit is one of my favorite therapeutic techniques to help protect my mental and physical health. My personal crisis kit has been a lifesaver on many occasions, and I still keep it out openly in my house so that I can use it whenever I feel like my mental or physical health is declining. Creating a crisis kit itself, however, can be anxiety-inducing, so please take care of yourself as you read through this article and contemplate creating or modifying your personal crisis kit.

A PSA about COVID19
In the times we are in, it is understandable to be scared. And the fear can cause you to do irrational things such as hoarding toilet paper and not food, or to be bored of staying inside and to simply just go out and “defy” the government because who are they to tell you what to do?

Keep Yourself Sane
I know everyone is on edge since the first signs of COVID-19 but now we see it everywhere. Instagram, Facebook, Google, Grocery stores, Everywhere. Although we have to tolerate it you shouldn't let the virus scare you, yes it can be scary but as long as you and your family stay clean during this time it can help reduce your chances of gaining the disease. Yes the disease can spread either way but reducing it lowers your chances so please be precautious during this time. I know most places are closed during this time and you are lonely or your family is driving you insane, but you can still take care of yourself during this time.
