Ultimate Vegan/Gluten Free Pancakes
Hello, all! I'm back after a few months away, experimenting and dreaming up ways to eat the food I used to love before veganism in a plant-based, healthy way. I used to love pancakes but really struggled with the idea of holding it all together—without eggs, what do we got? The alternatives seemed a little frightening and overwhelming to just use freely and my cooking is all about adapting, not replacing. And so after some false starts and nearly misses, I got there, without fuss and without a compromise on taste. It just so happened I was having a coeliac sufferer over for some supper, and I love a challenge, me. So without further ado...

Nesquick Fudge Brownies
This recipe is the best brownie recipe U ever had. Hope you all enjoy this tasty recipe. Fudgy brownies have a limited amount of flour—about 1/2 cup—and no leavening ingredients like baking powder. They'll usually call for you to melt the butter rather than cream it with the sugar, which will yield a denser, fudgier confection. You'll be using unsweetened chocolate as a general rule, so also expect to use a ton of sugar, a full cup or so.

Rose Water and Berry Loaf. Top Story - October 2018.
Honesty one of the best cakes I've ever made! This is my first time using rose water for food flavoring and I must say I am very impressed by this ingredient. Just 2 tablespoons of rose water really gives the cake the wow-factor. It's also not hard to find in supermarkets, which makes life more easier. This recipe consists of raspberry in the loaf along with blueberries at the top to make it seem as if you eating something healthy (Don't we all wish that all cakes could be healthy). For this recipe you will need a medium sized loaf tin with baking paper to make it easier for you to take the loaf out of the tin. You will also need to grease the sides of the tin with butter so the loaf can simply come out when ready to be served.

Instant Pot Thanksgiving Leftovers Soup
As a Canadian, this past weekend I have celebrated Thanksgiving. Getting together with friends and family and enjoying a meal is one of the best parts of celebrating Thanksgiving. Another great part of the holiday is all of the leftovers that these celebrations create.

Buffalo Chicken Pasta
Hello, my little lovelies! So one of my favorite kitchen appliances is my slow cooker and my crock pot. It has been a god send when I know I don't want to cook the next day or if I want to do an easy and fast meal prep on meal prep day. Since I started meal prepping I have used my crock pot multiple times, and the recipe I'm presenting is actually my husband's recipe that he made before he enlisted in the Navy. So I'm going to provide you with an easy recipe that you can just throw into the crock pot and have dinner ready shortly after you get home. This recipe is simple and anyone can do it.

Eggs
So a lot of people have trouble making the very basics of egg dishes. That's okay, because I will be teaching you three of the most common and easiest egg recipes. The first one I would like to introduce is the poached egg. This one requires a more delicate touch, as it is very fragile.

Turkey Spaghetti
Hello my little lovelies! So this recipe I have is a recipe that I developed back when I was in college when I started to really cook. Now a few things have changed since then since I started changing my eating habits. This is a favorite of my husband's and is something I will probably be cooking the next time he is home. Now I don't fix any garlic bread with this simply because there is already a lot of carbs in it with the pasta. You can use whatever type of pasta you would like for this recipe, I just used penne pasta because that was all I had in my pantry. Fettuccine works great with this recipe as well as does regular spaghetti but again the choice is yours.
