Express Yourself
I started writing a book when my youngest son was one year old. I wanted to share my experiences as a young mother, the difficulties I went through with my eldest son who was adversely affected by vaccines, and the challenges I faced dealing with inter-cultural marriage.

Learn How to Learn, Forget How to Fail
Hi! My name is Seven (yup, just like the number). I support startups in an array of areas—rough sleeping, fashion design, and most important to me: the power of young people! I'm a Generation Z Consultant in the UK, and love to understand how this generation is going to change the world. I also currently support charities in the education and mental health sectors.

Our Paths Are Not the Same
There comes a stage in a person's life, where they begin to question what they are, who they are, or what they are doing on this earth. This stage is where people begin to find themselves—or try to; you might also look at other peoples' lives and compare them to yours, and wonder why you are where you are. I believe this stage in a person's life is very crucial. Honestly there is not much shaping in someone's life when they are kids as some believe; I think the shaping comes much later, mid-twenties to be a bit more precise.

How to Motivate Yourself on "Off" Days
Lack of motivation is so common, and we all experience it at some point in our lives. We can go from 100 to 0 in the matter of seconds, and let’s face it, it’s so much easier to sit and watch Netflix instead of doing anything productive (that’s how I have spent my morning… whoops). Here’s the thing though, sometimes a rest is good, however if that’s all you’re doing then you won’t get anything done, and will feel like you’ve wasted your time. We all have off days, but the most successful people still find a way to work on them, below are my top tips to motivating yourself on an off day.

Things That Are Better Than Diamonds
1. Never, under any circumstance, hold on to any promises. Of course, the power of trusting someone is in your hand, but why risk all the betrayal when you could just learn to not trust anyone? Sure, some people may break their promise unwillingly, given that luck is not on their side, and this makes you feel guilty because you are thinking that he or she were forced to break the promise, thus making you feel like the bad guy over there, because you are making a big deal out of a promise. As hurtful as it is, I must say, it is 2019. People will get mad at you back, if you are mad at them for breaking promises.

I Forgive Myself and Those Who Said I Was Unworthy
"I Forgive Myself and Those Who Said I Was Unworthy” Confidence is believing that we are worthy of all the abundance life can deliver. Confidence is believing in ourself even when others don’t. Confidence is loving ourself just the way we are without comparing to others or living up to their standards. Confidence is having a high level of self-worth.

Little Annie
Little Annie A Story of Love and Compassion At the turn of the 20th century there existed a small town whose major employer was a state institution. In the old days it was called an “insane asylum”. An old lady worked in the cafeteria, and had all of her adult life. She was just four months from retirement when a little eleven-year-old girl named Annie was brought in. Little Annie acted like an animal, and in those days, it was considered proper to treat one like they acted. Annie growled, and hissed, and clawed, so she was put into a cage in the dungeon. Attendants hosed her down, threw her food, and basically treated her like an animal.

Cutting Away Insecurities?
Snip-snip. The metallic scissors expertly work through the frame around my face. I stare at myself in the full-length, over-sized mirror. Perfect time to have my face magnified to maximum exposure. Oh, wow. This light is the least flattering thing that has fallen on my face since a girl’s elbow met my cheek as we were wrestling to get the ball during water-polo. Sunken eyes. Dark circles form hoops under them, becoming the focal points that have taken central stage. Skin with an unhealthy, yellowish tinge. I spy that double chin peeking out from under there (Mate, what are you doing?! Please hide). Since when did my cheeks get so full? I have seriously gained bad weight. Since when did they jut out so much (Not cheekbones, mind you)? And wow, where did my jawline go? Nonexistent. It has melted into the hues of my neck. I look at myself, shifty-eyed. I do not like what I see.
