Why India's Burgeoning Gig Economy Needs to be Formalized
With more than 40% of the total workforce engaged in part time or gig work, it is high time governments worldwide took steps to mainstream them and their occupation. This can take the form of allowing Labor Unions for Gig Workers, providing them with healthcare and social security benefits, and fixing minimum wages that are legally mandated. In addition, developing countries can take additional steps such as recognizing Gig Workers as full time occupation professionals and extending the protections that are available to workers and professionals in the Formal Economy such as No Hire and Fire at Will etc.

But most of us will scroll past the picture after a little moment of lusting over it and go back to our ordinary lives. Medical Documentation in Accident Cases – Key Aspects Involved
Reports from the Association for Safe International Travel (ASIRT) say that about 4.4 million people get seriously injured in US roadway accidents and require serious medical attention. These accidents lead to personal injury cases that may be eligible for compensation if the injury occurred due to someone else’s negligence. To file a claim for an accident or injury caused by another person’s negligent actions, the injured victim must be able to provide evidence that his/her injuries were directly caused by the other party’s actions. Proper documentation of injuries and evidence of damages are vital to win an accident lawsuit and get eligible compensation. Personal injury attorneys have to collect relevant medical records from claimants that would provide important evidence to support their argument in a court of law. Medical review services help attorneys analyze, interpret, organize and summarize voluminous medical records.
