What am I doing wrong? ...
Transitioning from working for “companies” to working for yourself can be an arduous task. Having grown up in an era where you were taught to go to school, get good grades and get a good “job”, I thought I was always doing the right thing. I got the grades. I got the “job”. I worked and worked and worked and although it felt like I was accomplishing something, I still was being punished by the “bosses” or their spokesmen for whatever!!! Understanding that everything was subjective to how well you are liked. Do you fit into the little mold that has been created?? Is your appearance up to the status quo? Did you apply enough makeup? Did you apply too much makeup? Is your hair neat? Is your perfume too loud? Are you being nice enough to the people under you. Or over you?

The Year In Entrepreneurship Ideas
2020 is around the corner. I have many ideas I need to act on. This year is the year of making real money for me. I have tried to open sources of income. Transcription for Everyone is my new job, since they hire with limited experience. California AB 5 is a real bill that has impacted my life as a freelancer. My business is writing copy for Textbroker.com but they can’t pay me right now either since they are switching to Payoneer only because I live in California. So I must look for other sources of income or write more articles I need to publish. So my business idea is a social network for psychics. I have posted about this on my blog and it is time to tell other people my business ideas. I want to start this business because I feel it will make independent psychics money if they get paid to lower their prices.

Hello again, everyone. The last time I wrote an article about self publishing through an alternative for Smashwords, I complained about Lulu. The short version is that unless you pay for their services, which would make them a P.O.D. company who publishes your work; and as such not actually self publishing, it is not a good alternative to Smashwords.

An Actors Conundrum
We actors live in such a conundrum. We chose a profession where our craft requires us to be the art that's on display. A painter, sculptor, poet, and other similar forms of art that are consumed by the public, can personally stand apart from the work they put out. We as actors cannot. We're it. Yet to really do our work well, we also must learn to step away from it. Therein lies the conundrum. How does an actor successfully allow the story they're telling to be front and center, without that nagging self-consciousness of the awareness of being seen creeping in? It's my belief that this is what Stanislavsky, and others before and after him, were in search of. They knew that an individuals default mode was, to put it in the words of Laurence Olivier when Dustin Hoffman asked why he thinks they chose this profession, Olivier replied… “Look at me, look at me, look at me.”
