'For Blood or Justice: Stormkind' - Book One Review
Superheroes are all the rage in comic books and on screen, so it was a refreshing change to read a novella featuring superpowered costumed characters in Chuck Regan’s For Blood or Justice, the first novella in his self-published Stormkind superhero noir series.

The Marvelous Carol Danvers: How the MCU Made Me Love Her
Captain Marvel is a fierce super heroine whose serialization started in 1967, so our girl has been around the sun a quite a few times. However, with the expansion of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, she has finally gotten her turn at a movie—and wow, what a movie it was!

The Psychology of the Hulk
One of the most interesting aspects of the development of the Incredible Hulk is the fact that what was once a very simple character has grown into one of most complex heroes in the Marvel Universe. These chapters have been rewritten many times, with the paraphrase online. I won't bore you with all the details of the Hulk's profound evolution, because you can read much of it in the Wiki entry on the emerald green Goliath. But here is a brief analysis: Robert Bruce Banner has numerous split personalities, that come out when he changes into the Hulk. These split personalities have been with him since childhood, and we sometimes get a glimpse into Banner's years prior to becoming the Hulk.

Fox Disney Marvel Merger Complete!
Nerds around the world, REJOICE! Disney's acquisition of Fox will be finalized on March 20th 2019!! I will apologize for all the exclamation points but, and I think I speak for everyone when I say, FINALLY! What this means is Marvel Studios can now start writing and developing movies using characters from the Fantastic 4, Deadpool and the X-Men. Marvel Studios took hold of the comic movie market 10 years ago with Iron Man in 2008. Since then they, with the release of Captain Marvel, have created the most enthralling movie franchises ever! Wiping out most box office records and intertwining 21 movies seamlessly. With Avengers Endgame set to end phase 3 and the first 10 years of MCU movies, while they introduce their direction in phase 4. The cosmic universe. What better weapons to use at your disposal for a cosmic universe than the characters they just gained access to. The Fantastic 4, Doctor Doom, Galactus, the X-Men, Silver Surfer and many, many more! Here are some expectations I have, theories I have on how they will be introduced and casting suggestions. If you agree with any or all of my ideas please send to Disney, Marvel Studios, Kevin Fiege and The Russo Brothers themselves. So help me, I will make petitions if I need to!

Heroes and Villains: Perspective
I have been a fan of comic books, Disney movies, and horror movies for as long as I can remember. One thing I have always enjoyed about these forms of entertainment is normal people rising to the occasion to defeat "evil." The ancient old telling of good vs. evil. However, even from a young age I have always had a deep respect for the protagonists. Many Halloweens I would dress up as Darth Vader or Two Face. I always wish cinematic entertainment would go deeper into the story of how "villains" became villains, rather than how our "heroes" came to conquer the evil that threatens them. I mean, when you discuss this topic of heroes, and villains and what the difference between them is. The answer to me seems simple, perspective. How you view the conflict and what side you relate more to. Honestly, I don't like to pick sides, I am not that kind of guy.

'Captain Marvel' in Under 600 Words
Captain Marvel had plenty of hype to match. As the first female solo superhero film in the MCU, the follow up to Avengers: Infinity War's end credits scene, and a potential future cinematic universe plot to seed. How did it manage to achieve this and where were the flaws, if any?

She-Ra: The Best Female Action Hero Ever?
Forget the recent redone series, the original animated series of She-Ra was the best, and hugely popular. As a child, in the 1980s, I remember how much I enjoyed the fun-packed adventure series, seeing a strong, tough lady fighting her battles was incredible and exciting to see. She-Ra fought for what she believed in, and her attitude was a great role model for girls. She-Ra just absolutely wowed us! With her mighty strength and healing powers, she was acrobatic, fast, gentle, beautiful, kind. Above all she was an action hero who was female.
