How 'The Grinch' Became an Icon
He was the cruel, evil green-animated Ebenezer Scrooge of our childhood props to author Dr. Seuss for making the Grinch a Christmas icon. The Grinch is based on the 1957 children's illustrated book How the Grinch Stole Christmas introduces the Grinch, a green, furry, Pot-bellied, pear-shaped, snub-nosed humanoid creature with a cat-like face and cynical personality who hates Christmas and decides to rob everybody's gifts and holiday decorations down in Whoville to make them feel sad. The story would be adapted in a 1966 short television special, a television series, a 2000 live-action film, a 2018 animation film, musicals, and a song written by the author himself that would be the theme song fitted for the Grinch.

To slay demons, to avenge one’s family, learning how to access great power within are all themes of these shows. Now it really depends on what “demons” means to you. In Demon Slayer, the demons are creatures who prey on humans (kind of like vampires), in Fire Force they are humans who have been possessed by an unknown fire source, and in Blue Exorcist they are evil spirits/demons. So depending on your definition, these shows have demon/monster slaying!

My Buffy the Vampire Slayer Ranking
Due to streaming this show has garnered a new fan base over the years since it’s aired and as someone who has watched this show in real time, it’s pretty cool to see that it still has its place. So obviously I’m only gonna focus on the seasons that aired and not the seasons that were written in comic form although I’ve read about what happened in those seasons and it would’ve been pretty cool to see that on TV but I’m sticking to the original show. I heard about them trying, to reboot this show a couple years ago. I don’t think that’s gonna happen anymore but if it ever did, I wonder how they would develop it. Or how the show would feel amongst a new generation. This is just my opinion it’s not meant to be the end all be all. So if anyone disagrees, then that’s fine you can make your own list if you want.This is just the way I see each season, so just have fun with it!
