Stormcloak vs Imperials: Who do I Pick?
Stormcloaks vs Imperials: Who Should You Side With? Contains minor spoilers!* Skyrim is riddled with choices. What makes it so fun is the fact you get to create your own way. Some choices are easy to make (helping Kodlak Whiteman with his last request), down to the hard ones (do I kill Paartnurnax? But that’s a discussion for another time). One of the choices I personally don’t like making is which side in the war are you going to choose? Are you going to side with the Legion? Honouring the empire? Or are you going to side with the rebellion, siding with Ulfric, the one who murdered Skyrim’s High King? It doesn’t matter which side you choose, there are of course downfalls and upside to each.

That One Time My Bard Made The Dungeon Master's Girlfriend Jealous
It's time for another installment of my ongoing Table Talk series, where I share tales of my gaming tables past and present. This week, however, I wanted to tell a story about something that went on outside of the game itself. A comedy of errors that, by the time the drama was over, all I could do was shake my head at all the falling dominoes I had been completely oblivious to.

Skyrim: Ten Year Anniversary
It’s hard to believe it’s been this long, but it’s finally the 10 year anniversary of one of the most beloved RPGs; The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Even though this game is 10 years old now, it still has the appeal of a brand new game, thanks in part to all the amazing creators who work so tirelessly to create new mods, providing new quests and objectives.

Path Of Exile Expedition League Changes
Since the release of Path of Exile, 30 leagues have been updated, and there are different changes in each league. Many power spreads and mechanisms have led players to pursue uninteresting strategies and face fewer challenges than the studio and the community hoped.

Books of Skyrim: Part One
Books of Skyrim: Part One The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was an amazing advance in Open World RPGs. Boasting better graphics, a nice array of music and a simpler level up system than its predecessor… plus the option to play male or female as any one of 10 different races gave the game thousands of hours of replay value.

L.A. Noire: A Game With Unmet Potential
When they announced L.A. Noire, it seemed like a sure-shot success. The game followed Cole through his journey as a cop in Los Angeles. Cole proves himself to be an excellent investigator as he solves multiple cases with ease. The missions are fairly well-written, and the game benefits from the technology that was used to capture facial expressions. As a detective, players need to follow those facial expressions to find clues.

Beyond the Veil
“Stepping cautiously over the bent and broken bodies of the now motionless undead horde, you approach the bolted chest at the centre of this underground tomb. As you all place your hands on the ancient vault and try to pry it open, a deafening shriek pierces the air. Before you rises a ghostly apparition, the spectral form of Madame Mallory Myers herself! Roll initiative.”
