social media
When it comes to Social Media, the perfect family photo is the digital equivalent of a white picket fence.
The last Gift
My mother has been dead for over 10 years. I was away when she took ill and she was being cared for by my older sister and brother. I was the youngest of seven siblings I guess you could say I was the spoiled one and sometimes the problem child. Especially when it came to always needing money. I struggled through two failed marriages, countless jobs that were dead end and being taken by scam artist in the entertainment industry as an actor in the Atlanta area.

The Social Dilemma, Algorithm, & Teenagers
Has School Changed? I have been teaching middle school science for almost 2 decades. This means almost half of my life has been dedicated to educating teenagers in the areas of science and well, life perspectives in general. As teachers, we end up spending more time with our students than many of them spend with their parents. As teachers, we have an obligation to try and guide our students on paths we believe will lead them to successful and fulfilled lives. Much of what we do involves getting students the skills to be able to analyze different perspectives and to then choose the one they believe will lead to their own success.

Sharenting – What We Need to Know About Child's Privacy
Millennials have never experienced digital footprints. When they came at the right age, they began their online journey and built online reputation how they wanted. But now, everything has changed. Before a kid grows up, parents take over the things and share the stuff on social media. A 2-year child already has a digital footprint before he/she comes to the right age. Parents tweet and share their kid's details, including photos, videos, comics, etc.

What did you get?
Opening a brand new toy for the first time is a sensational feeling and a one of a kind experience. Little did I fully realize this absolute, truly magical experience until I had kids. The mystery of an unknown toy and creating a collection is the same adventure I had as a child when getting a Happy Meal and not knowing what Hot Wheels or Barbie toy I was about to get, but I never made the connection.

My Niece (So Proud)
I'm just gonna tell you...this girl, right here, has it all going for her. I'm not exaggerating one little iota, either. Just look at her. She's gorgeous. Look deeper and you will see just how sweet, humble, and smart she is, too. She's also a real life go-getter, highly competitive, and focused in academics, sports, and, of course, her diet and health. She posts her videos so others can "build a better you with me." She amazes me. I am her biggest fan. I think she has about 45 followers on her You Tube site as of date, but I expect that to grow exponentially. I believe in her teaching, her tips, and I just love her sense of humor. I know you will, to.

“Enough with the Ticker-Tok”. Top Story - August 2020.
I’m not a big fan of TikTok. I’m 42. It’s not that technology confuses me, I’m from the generation that went from analogue tapes and spin-dial telephones to digital streaming and iPhones in just over a decade; adapting to technological change is in my blood.

Motherhood in the Media
In a modern world brimming with technology, media is at the forefront of many lives and has the potential to deeply influence mindsets. The messages the media communicates to pregnant and postnatal women increase their likelihood of body image issues, eating disorders, anxiety, postpartum depression, and more. I am studying the negative implications of messages communicated through media to perinatal and postnatal women because I want to find out how it impacts perinatal and postnatal health. This review will disclose the use of female celebrities as standards for physical appearance, the correlation between media consumption and mental health issues, and the need for realism in the media’s portrayal of pregnant and postnatal women.
