Let Your Nationality Shine
Northern Europe Estonia Mulgikapsad is a delicious dish that is prepared with pork, sauerkraut, and barley. The dish originated in the Mulgima region in southern Estonia. The meat, barley, and sauerkraut are placed in a saucepan with water to cover and cooked slowly. It is ready when the meat is tender and the barley soft. It is served with boiled potatoes.

Strange Happenings in Idaho
Spirits Getting a Higher Education Idaho State University is located in Pocatello, situated along the old Oregon Trail, on the Snake River Plain. During the gold rush of the 1860s, stage and freight lines led through Pocotello’s Portneuf Valley. In 1876 the railroad which originated in Utah went through Pocatello and connected Portland, Omaha. and Salt Lake City, Utah. The Idaho State University used to be known as The Academy of Idaho offering college prep courses and industrial courses.

Beautiful Bali
Bali is an Indonesian island which is known for its forested volcanic mountains, rice paddies, beaches, and coral reefs. There are many impressive temples to visit. Visitors enjoy the beachside cities and resort towns. The island is also known for its yoga and meditation retreats.

Santa Cruz on the Monterey Bay
Santa Cruz from Spanish translates to Holy Cross and is located in northern California. The city is situated on the northern edge of Monterey Bar. The city was founded by the Spanish in 1791 when Fermin de Lasuen established Mission Santa Cruz. A settlement grew up near the mission known as Branciforte and was known for its lawlessness. In 1866 Santa Cruz was incorporated as a city. When the Santa Cruz Boardwalk was created in 1907 the city became known as a seaside resort community. With the establishment of the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1965 it became known as a college town.

Exploring Croatia
Dubrovnik has an impressive Old Town and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The famous Pile Gate was built in 1637 and was the entrance to the Old Town. You can get spectacular views over the Old Town from the top of the walls as well as the Adriatic Sea.

It is also known as the Sea Capital of the country. Lots of tourists come here in the summertime for its lovely beaches and it has become a popular resort.
