Choosing to let go doesn't mean you're "over it"; it means you finally understand that there are more worthwhile people and things in life to care about.

Think carefully: the things that trouble us are often beyond our control. Since we can't change them, why let negative emotions trap us?

What we should truly strive for is to do our best within our capabilities, and then leave those regrets and pains in the past.

Just being able to do this is already difficult. It’s okay—take it slow, do what needs to be done, and take good care of yourself.

When your heart is at peace, everything around you will gradually improve.
