Slimming World
I joined Slimming World,
Was a fresh new start,
Ready to nourish
both body and heart.
No more guilt,
just food with flair,
A plan to follow,
a group to care.
Syns are counted,
but treats allowed,
Small steps forward
make me proud.
Filling plates with veggies
and spicy delights
Learning healthy,
can still be nice.
From weigh-ins weekly,
support is key,
Friends who cheer,
“You’ve got this, you’ll see!”
Recipes shared,
and goals in sight,
Slimming World
makes the journey light.
So here’s to the plan,
to meals and dreams,
To reaching goals
and self-esteem.
It’s more than weight,
it’s how we feel,
Slimming World
shows that change is real.
