drive straight to the next good time

a fridge next to a bed

made out of a fold up table

i wanna get shit mileage

i want dirty socks on the floor

i wanna microwave hot dogs

in a lounge room on the road

i want compactable mobile storage

i want small drawers everywhere

i got an old duffel bag full of trouble

that will need to be stowed

i want ALL the smells of home

and i want them ON the freeway

i want the smell of the open road

all through my motor home

i wanna cheesy bobble head

up on the dash

and a bunch of conflicting stickers

on the bumper at the back

i wanna get a road cat

so it’ll be him and me AND the road

just like a house cat, a motor home cat

a road cat, YEAH!
