Oh how I have failed
Me.
Only now
Do I realize
What a fool I have been.
I laughed,
I lied,
I believed I had fallen
And ran from love,
Ruined all chance
To save myself.
I thought
I knew the pain,
But then.
Then
I found you.
I fell in love
An oh, oh,
Never, never
Has anything hurt
More than this.
How I wish to cry.
How I yearn to tell,
Face to beautiful face,
How much
I love you.
But this leap,
Do i dare jump?
If loving you
This much
Burns
So deeply
The pray tell,
How I'll ever survive
My love requited?

Sitting with My Self-Hate
Some days, the ickiness eats me up. What I see in the mirror: my face or that part of my body I have touched. That ickiness eats me up. I look and see the emotional disgust erupt throughout, like so many times before. Fractured ribbons of hate, self-loathing. An explosion of discomfort insidiously batters through every metre of my digestive tract, through each pore. Through every nerve. I feel cold inside out.

Bacon
Satan, laughing, spreads his wings. He launches into an atmosphere riddled with smoke, soot, and ash. He feels the radiation from a thousand fallen nukes. For humanity, it’s certain death. For him, it’s like bathing in a sauna. He laughs again at the thought.
