    I've discovered many writers have insomnia or sleep issues. I wonder if it's how our brains are wired? You have beautiful eyes! :)

    I sleep better in a cool room with a fan. Otherwise, I'm up half the night. Also, can't stand lights, but hate the dark, go figure that one out, hahaha. Hope you find a respite from it soon

    Good job on the haiku, but for insomnia one must ask themselves what is going on in their lives that are going on that seems to be bothering them or someone else that they are close to and figuring a way to help them that will help themselves. Did you try warm milk, hot tea of some kind or even a toddy. Hope you don't rely on drugs. Read a boring book or simply pray.
