In My Head
Each task and thought a struggle

In My Head
In my head, where shadows play,
Whispers linger night and day.
Thoughts collide, a storm inside,
Caught in currents I cannot ride.
Heavy lies the weight of doubt,
Nestled deep, it cries and shouts.
I stumble through, searching for light,
Trapped in darkness, longing for flight.
Yet within this struggle, I find a spark,
A tiny ember that flickers in the dark.
With each deep breath, I face the pain,
Each step a battle, each tear a gain.
In my head, the whispers roar,
But I’ll keep fighting, I’ll ask for more.
For though the path may twist and bend,
I’ll seek the hope that lies ‘round the end.
With courage stitched into every seam,
I’ll reclaim the joy that feels like a dream.
In my head, I strive to be free,
And discover the beauty hidden in me.
