Cruise Ships’ Posers

A day of fun on the water

Cruise Ships’ Posers

On the bow, they strike a pose,

a moment grand—well, almost.

Arms stretched wide, love lifted high,

but the ocean chuckles, “Oh no, just try!”

The ship, once so proud, begins to sway,

as the captain’s cocktail flies away.

Passengers tumble, swaying side to side,

a floating carnival, what a sight!

Jack holds onto Rose, but here’s the jest—

his grip is weak, oh, what a test!

When she leans in, the hull starts to creak,

now they’re known as “Don’t Sail Today.”

Here’s the lesson, strong and true:

cruise ships can tip, it’s nothing new.

Next time, dear lovers, take this advice:

find your balance before you sail!

This poem and image are so funny to see Jack and Rose in this way. Good job.
