It’s coming back or
was it make believe,
it’s coming back
couldn’t see the forest thru the trees,
it’s coming back
was it a trend that never settled in -
it’s coming back to me
did I push it away,
it’s coming back to me
times are changed, the new is now,
it’s coming back to me.
It’s all coming back to me
foregone conclusion having no wheels,
it’s all coming back to me -
an unchained melody not spoken,
it’s all coming back to me.
Whats coming back?
a thought never harnessed
never vocalized without varnish,
yet it began to tarnish
from the decay of unbelief.
a thought revealed prematurely
from the gumption of pride,
is a thought given up at ransom;
remaining a thought in perpetuity
depleted activity -
forgoes creativity stopping the flow.
God-given-thought
came back to me
arising from the breath of infancy.
Shhhh! Mums the word,
no it’s not absurd.
The thought/idea came back to me,
out of dormancy casting fervently;
vision - create - action
- stuck in the tailpipe of delay no more -
was it the mother of invention or
Gods orchestrated intention?
As His artistry won the wager -
Flourishing in the front,
& momentum at the tailwind.
all is ripe (AIR)!

I dig this, feels like taking a deep breath and getting to work. It’s kinda cool that inspiration and respiration have the same root word. In that way creativity can feel like an inhale of energy and motivation and exhale of creative effort
