Behind the Rock

I found a great spot

Way out past the lot

Locals here put up with a lot of rot

Now I just needed the right plot

Most were out here due to greed

I was out because of need

Needed to take off and get some speed

Then fly past the number one seed

Make sure not to fall

Have to avoid getting bounced off by the backwash

The landing might not be soft

Just take the high line and do some turns aloft

If my path you should cross I might cut you off

Speed through the section without detection

Hold my direction

Enjoy the aqua erection

Happy I made the right selection

Sliding through the barrel

Someone sounded like they were trying to sing a carol

Some screaming from the channel

They almost wanted to form a judging panel

You need to know your rank

Don't want to catch a wave that stank

Otherwise someone might try to pull a prank

This is especially the case at the superbank

Most don't miss a trick

You will need to be right in the thick

It is you they will try to lick

A lot of this is due to Mick

He turns are so slick

Knows how to do every trick

Can smack it off the lip

But make friends with him and he might give you a free trip

Not everybody could cleanly fly across

Or even go off the top

Just need to be in the right spot

Not always easy to take off behind the rock
